Usage of portable gas calorimeter:

At the sampling port, first use a pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure to below 0.1kgf/cm2, and then use the instrument's fine-tuning to adjust it to around 10Pa for testing and analysis. This process should take 3-5 minutes to complete.

A simple and practical method that is not standardized enough is to take a plastic bag, put the gas from the pipeline into the plastic bag, maintain the minimum flow rate, insert the instrument sample tube into the plastic bag, and start the test. It is necessary to ensure that there are no ignition hazards in the environment before operation.

Instrument usage and maintenance:

If conditions permit, portable analyzers can generally be calibrated once a month, with a maximum of once a year; Before each use, an air test can be conducted. If there are obvious erroneous values, air zeroing can be performed to greatly overcome sensor drift;

The instrument is divided into three modes: natural gas, liquefied gas, and other organic fuels, each with its own calibration table. When analyzing a certain gas, use the keyboard to call up the response mode for testing.
